Terrible service, you have to ring nearly an hour after order to be placed for them to actually be bothered to send it out then having to ring again 45 minutes later to be told the driver had a flat tire, which probably meant it still hadn’t left the shop. Avoid at all costs

Placed order online took way over an hour to arrive . Said has been made for 30 mins before driver collected . Luckily turned up hot but was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten . Will never by from here again .Flavourless no seasonings .Dough was chewy and unpleasant

Waited over 2 hours for food to arrive we live no more then 20 mins away and was stone cold when it got here. Was told several times when we rang that driver was on his way 40 minutes ago, like I would be happy with that answer! Who wants food that was cooked 40 minutes ago let alone 2 hours ago!Was told it was delivered when it wasn’t and the guy on the phone was very rude ! Have been told they couldn’t refund unless we write out a form.What a joke! Will not be ordering ever again

Very disappointing. Previously had great Papa John's pizza from other franchises round the country but would advise to avoid this one and go to Domino's just down the road instead. As a previous reviewer has said, very little toppings, basically paying for bread. Barely any sauce, barely any cheese and less topping than other franchises. How embarrassing to have brought three pizzas to feed our in laws to say thanks for having us to stay and we could have bought better pizzas for the quarter of the price from Aldi. Pizza was could have been hotter, although we did order online for collection and the app said even after we'd collected it that they still weren't in the oven. Don't bother paying the upgrade to the largest pizza (or bother with any pizza at all). The pizzas we ordered were meant to be 15.5 but when the square box is that size then the pizza is definitely not the size we ordered.. we got equivalent to a large at Domino's

Arrived about 40 mins after it said it was out for delivery. Its a mile away. Unsurprisingly arrived cold/luke warm. Won't be ordering again.

I am absolutely discusted by the customer service I have experience with this shop, I ordered a gluten free pizza for muu younger brother, the received a noaml pizza which he can't even touch as he's highly allergic, with reporting this I was told I would receive a refund within 5 days, I waited a week as I know myself from working in customer service it can take longer, but still never received my refund, so called back amd they said they would sort it, I then called back the following week do this had now been 14days since being told I'd received my refund and again they said they would sort it I gave them all my information phones number address etc. Its now coming up on 4 weeks since originally being told I'd receive a refund and haven't heard a word. I am absolutely Furious.

Food is good, when it actually turns up and is correct.Waited for 2+ hours for our order on multiple occasions. Orders wrong a few times. For a our last order we tried to call to ask where it was after almost 2 hours and they picked up the phone only to immediately hang up multiple times.They were great at the start, but safe to say, its gone down hill for whatever reason and we won't be ordering from them again and warning friends that its not worth buying here anymore.

Pathetic, will never order from PapaJohns Chippenham again, must be the worst run establishment in the country, exceptionally poor service, never answer the phone, deliveries are always well over an hour and the pizzas are awful if you ever get them that is, avoid this place like the plague, you have been warned.
