“ I had my hair coloured by Leo today. I had some concerns about using hair colour that had PPD included so usually colour my own roots, using a PPD-free hair colour. Leo was very understanding of this and allowed me to bring along my usual hair colour and to use that to colour my hair.Because of my concerns, I had already decided not to let Leo use toner or proper colour today (even though I did not have any reaction to the colour test). Leo explained this would limit the richness of colour that could be achieved but, for my first visit, I felt more comfortable to go along with those limitations. However, after discussions with Leo, I am now considering letting him use toner and normal colour on my next visit. I’m really happy with the way my hair has turned out today, especially given the limitations I insisted on and was pleased with the professional, friendly and helpful service I received today from Leo. I’m happy to recommend him to anyone considering making an appointment with him.”

Leo cut my lockdown hair today. It was a real salon experience at home! He brought absolutely everything with him including a back wash sink! He started with a relaxing head massage then shampoo and conditioner. We then had a chat about what style I like, looked at photos and Leo made suggestions as to what would suit my hair type. He cut my hair into a pixie cut with a choppy textured back which gave it some texture and volume too. His cutting techniques are really good. The cut is fabulous, I am really pleased with the result. I will be able to style it several ways too so it's also versatile. I was so surprised when he finished and whipped a Dyson vacuum out of his bag and cleared up the hair! I can highly recommend LHE hair. I will be booking again for sure. The true salon experience at home.

I use henna and then indigo and the hairdresser has done a very thorough job. I am very pleased.

I am so grateful to have found Leo while looking for a hairdresser after moving to London from Beijing. From our initial conversation, Leo was very friendly and attentive. He even collected me and dropped me off later at the train station as I was unfamiliar with the area. During our consultation, he listened to what I wanted, gave me honest opinions about my hair when I asked, and did not try to sell me unnecessary products and services as some places tend to. I waited a few days before leaving a review to see how the the haircut he gave me holds up and I am happy to say that it has done nicely- he has made it easy to manage and it has kept its shape well. The first time Leo dyed my hair was when I was living at broomfield. He was a portable hairdresser at the time and made the entire process very simple for me and efficient. The hair was absolutely stunning. I received compliments from everyone. He is truly an artist and professional with ample experience. I moved home to Kingston and then travelled 3 hours just to have my hair coloured by Leo only. He started a salon I was very comfortable. He picked me up from the station and gave me water, he also gave me some snacks because it was a long process and I was tired from my 3 hour journey. Leo also collected me from Chelmsford train station bless him he was so kind and also dropped me back! It was 100% worth the journey and time. I was tired by my travel but my hair was worth it ! He created for me a perfect beautiful look and my hair looks incredible. Also I did not like my base colour and he said that it cost more but he wanted a happy customer so he even added colour, and he made sure the final look was what I wanted. He is a very very lovely person easy to talk to and his skills are beyond! The compliments are non stop from all my family and friends. Please see the pictures they are incredible !
