The London Social Tattoo - Soho

My sister and I came in for matching tattoos today and had the best experience with Amelia. Would definitely recommend the London social for your first tattoo - I was made to feel so relaxed beforehand. We are so so happy with our little matching fairies!!

I went in for a touch up on an existing finger tat (done somewhere else originally) with Pablo and honestly I was nervous because the shop seems very cool and I’m new to tattoos so wasn’t sure what the general vibe in these places is. The second I walked in that went away because of how friendly everyone was. The receptionist was so polite and Pablo was so professional, helpful and accommodating when stencilling the second tattoo i got done. One thing that stuck out was that he explained the aftercare process properly, the first place I went to for the finger tat kind of fumbled through how to look after it but spent ages on the actual tattoo?! Anyway I am so happy with the result from TLS and Pablo, my finger tattoo has stayed on great, the ink hasn’t bled much for a finger tat and the lines on the second one I had done on my wrist are so clean! I’d highly recommend booking in with him (not been to any of the other artists yet), for a comfortable and easy experience.

wow! literally the best tattoo experience i’ve ever had! I came as a walk in and they squeezed me in same day. Sophie was absolutely fantastic!! she was so patient and friendly and was lovely to talk to. I’m so so happy with my tattoo and my experience. definitely recommend!!

Amazing tattoo place!! Staff are so friendly and their tattoos are works of art! Ruth designed and tattooed some fine line arm pieces for me which I am in love with. So talented and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this place and Ruth!

I got a rib cage tattoo done by Ruth and I absolutely love it! I absolutely loved the experience, from the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and their playlist was amazing! It a real cozy and family type of vibe once you walk in — definitely recommend!

Lets start with prior to the tattoo…I was going back and forth with the staff, enquiring how much a piece would cost. They was telling me 3 different prices even though me and the tattooist agreed on a set price. They hardly answer the phone/texts..finally when I did get booked in and 45 mins before my appointment they Had the audacity to email me asking if I could come in earlier to fit to their schedule…To which I said I will be arriving to the time mentioned on booking.When I arrived at the studio, I was greeted with my tattooist outside having a cigarette..I was waiting 15 mins to even get seen by him. But when I finally got seen to he hardly spoke to me, it was quite awkward actually, he hardly looked at me, he smelt of smoke and didn’t properly sanitise the area before tattooing..Once the piece was completed he didn’t even explain the aftercare until I asked about it.I noticed that they tattoo a few well known people. And when I went there, I felt so uncomfortable.. like I wasn’t really good enough as such. Like I said, it’s a shame as that mentality is quite selfish and pompous for no reason.
