Ranya Hair Salon in Morden

Regularly get my haircut and my son’s (since birth-4 now).absolutely brilliant haircut every time. There amazing with kids so patient.We travel from Reading every two weeks and get our haircut here as we’ve tried others and people don’t give as good care with my son.

This is a great little barber shop that welcomes small children and has a group of really friendly staff. My son always enjoys coming here. It's very popular in the local community and seems busy most of the time, but I've never had to queue for long.Overall very easy to recommend.

We have been here every year with my 6 year old daughter, so this time was no different. We arrived, it wasn't busy. A young guy got my daughter to choose a special seat (they have cars etc for kids to sit in, TV screens to watch) and asked what I wanted. I explained I wanted about 2 inches off, but for it to be kept all the same length.He sprayed the hair to make it wet, then just grabbed scissors and cut across!!I asked him to stop, he insisted it was fine and he knew what he was doing. Another 5 mins of cutting the front all various lengths and I asked him to stop.I asked if we could go next door to their ladies salon, as I was not happy with what he'd done. He said I could. So we did. I explained to her that next door had completely messed up my childs hair, and could she please sort it out? She had us wait 10 mins, THEN told us that she had a client coming for an appointment and couldn't sort it today, could I come back in 2 days time?So they ruined her hair, and then wouldn't fix it.I highly recommend you DONT GO HERE FOR A GIRLS HAIRCUT. Terrible customer service.

Really not happy.. The set up is nice but.. My son's hair was cut much shorter than asked and literally shaved a line into the side of his head.. Praying his hair grows out quick enough! And got this cut for some special family pictures!

Been going here for years as a local. Great conversation EXTREMELY friendly and the guys work NON-STOP. I even told one of them I was thinking about collecting coins and he pulled out his personal collection and insisted I take as many as I like.

Have been going here for a few years and its always been a bit hit and miss. The owner is good but rarely there. There are a couple of guys that were good but think they must have left. I went in with my son for a hair cut and the guy completely messed it up. After a couple of attempts he couldn't sort it. Dont think the guy knows how to cut hair. The guy then started laughing. Apparently messing up a ten year old's hair the day before school photos is hilarious. I will not be going back. Strongly advise others not to either. I was livid when I left.

My baby had trim and was charged 18 pounds I would understand if he had a full hair cut but was literally tiniest bit off ends

I started to go to Ranya about two years ago and every barber always gave me a great haircut. Unfortunately recently a new guy has appeared and he's cut my hair twice now and each time he's made a complete mess of my hair. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back. Thanks for two years of very good haircuts though.
