Dealt with Digital office for a number of years now, previously as an employee for a print company, now as a director of my own design agency. Felt like I needed to leave a review. Not only do they go the extra mile for their customers, but they really go out their way to find the right product for your needs.Highly recommend. The only company I will ever use. We had poor customer service from our previous photocopier supplier, the quality of print was terrible and we had lost faith! That was where Digital Office came in and saved the day. They allowed us to trial the print quality before committing to which machine we wanted. We now have a much better print quality at a cheaper price - win/win! I would definitely recommend these guys - they are VERY knowledgeable.

Engineers turned up delivered printer, but dont carry or supply any network cables, used the wrong drivers so we couldn't print. they wouldn't trouble shoot printer issues and had to rely on my IT provider. what part of managed print includes not managing it. printers regularly fail. but they wont connect to the pc to fix the issues they even refused to install their own managed print software. Just a big fat no no. very disappointing.

We had supply issues with our printer consumables, and couldn't have down time with the business. After a recommendation and phone call, Digital Office Supplies Ltd provided the business with a loan printer until the problem was resolved. We recently had several Xerox devices installed across our 3 offices by Digital Office Group. After being a customer of an alternative Xerox provider for many years it was a decision very carefully considered by the firm and we decided to place our faith in DOS . They were honest in their sales pitch, very open and clear with contractual terms - meaning no hidden surprises and communicated all information concisely.It was by no means a straightforward installation but David worked tirelessly to ensure any teething problems were ironed swiftly out. We have been benefitting from the 5-star service of DOS for just over 2 years now and can say with confidence that they are a fantastic bunch.Never had any noteworthy issues and anything minor that has cropped up has been resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction.Unlike other companies (reprographics or otherwise) the sales team are lovely but they also come through on the promises made at the initial sales meeting. We have had several experiences of promises being made and not kept and the after sales service being dire, so it's a huge relief to know that DOS are the diamond in the rough so to speak!Hoping this continues and if so, we will be renewing our contract with them when the time comes.
