Dont ever use this shop, Lady thinks she is the queen of the world,refused to help me and just stopped serving me,all I wanted was to cut a key that I have done on the same shop before but with other gentlemen that was very helpful and provided a wonderful customer service.If you see this lady inside don’t use,as a business owner I believe this lady shouldn’t be dealing directly with customers… horrible customer service and experience this time!

I think I was served by Brad since this was the name that was witten on my bag with my boots with beautifully new added soles to it. Cost me £25 for the more expensive soles since they have better grip. Thanks for giving me such a good service. Overall, he was really polite, friendly and provided a fast service since my boots were ready to collect within 2 days!

We recently moved into the area and needed numerous keys cut during a few visits. Donal (hope I`ve spelled it correctly) was absolutely brilliant, he was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. His locksmith skills are second to none. Should his superiors read this .... give him a well earned pat on the back and a pay rise. Thanks again Donal.

Took my favourite pair of shoes into Timpsons not very hopeful the heel could be sorted but the lovely guy who works there worked his magic and now they feel and look brand new. Thank you Donal you saved my husband having to treat me to a new pair of shoes, great customer service couldn’t be happier will definitely be back.

Well, this could have been a very different review had it not been for the Manager of this shop. After a blip in his absence, on returning the following week, I have to say, he totally lived up to the high standards that Timpson's set. He could not do enough to help me and sort out the issue that had occurred. As a result, I would definitely come here again and I would definitely recommend. If you've broken your car key, Timpson at Asda Chadderton is the place to go.
