Jordan has been my hairdresser for quite a few years now and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or the salon for a fab and wholesome experience. I have very thick curly hair and with all the crazy ideas I have on what to do with it, nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He takes great care in explaining all the products he’s using and his knowledge of the Aveda range is second to none! The new salon is so stunning and all the staff make you feel very welcome. Very happy to have such an amazing salon so close to home!

Just had my first haircut at Jordan Alexander, and a great experience it was. Very trendy place, great décor and tunes. Staff all very nice and welcoming.I had my haircut by Jeanette, a very warm and chatty lady from South America. She did a great job with my hair, a mullet. Lots of nice extras like a head massage, hair wash, oils, hair products, a coffee, the full deal.This is clearly not your standard £15 dodgy haircut location, this is a classy joint. I would 100% recommend.

Had an excellent experience. Ash did an incredible color and cut. He listened carefully to my concerns and took them into consideration while providing my hair services. I also received an ultra relaxing spa treatment from his lovely assistant.Highly recommend.

Happened on the salon by chance as a walk-in but will definitely return by design and appointment next ...or any time I'm in Edinburgh going forward. Jordan takes hairdressing to a whole new level... Sublime is the only way to describe what anyone else might call a simple wash & blowdry... This was a sensory reset and the perfect timeout/pick me up....

1st time here, lovely welcome from the staff. My stylist was Ash very patient, friendly and polite. Never had a head massage before while getting ready for a hair cut soap very nice and different experience. Was given 3 different oils to choose from and received a very relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. Ash then washed and prep my hair for styling. Loved what Ash has done as my hard was not in great condition. Beautiful building, very friendly staff. Will definitely go again but as a treat, it is a little above my budget but its good to treat yourself now and again.

First time visit for a maintenance cut with Ashley at the new salon. Great ethos and amazing natural products. Lovely space, relaxed environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially enjoyed my hair wash and stress-relieving ritual by Jeanette. Definitely hope to return!

First visit to the salon for a cut and blow dry by Ashley. From the moment I entered everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Lovely shoulder neck and head massage to start. Ashley was attentive and I left with the best blow dry ever! Will be back for colour next!
