One of the biggest I have visited. Got loads of amazing options to choose from. I always find what I'm looking for, and more!The place is also very clean and organised. Friendly, patient and helpful staff, too.

Lovely staff, work so hard but not much thanks for it, shelfs weren't to bad nicely stocked, I love this store, would shop there again.

This has got to be the poorest and dirtiest Sainsbury’s I have ever been into. Such poor quality for a lovely area. Checkouts are under staffed, shelves low on stock and floors very dirty. I won’t be returning to this store. And a feel story for staff having to work in there

It's not huge but has great range, there is onsite parking off the main road, parking uses kiosk so remember to keep your ticket. Kiosk is located outside the store.

Staff always friendly and polite regardless of how tired they are and I can't blame them for that. It's always super busy and the diverse range of customer can be draining so I understand.Lots of fresh food always available but can never find canned lychee or carrot juice available, even in the various culture Isle.

Great Sainsbury's store in Chislehurst, very handy and convenient - decent stock, good atmosphere.Can get quite busy during peak times,Parking is via number plate recognition so please make sure your remember to validate your parking before you leave!

They gave my friend a parking ticket even tho she had proof of purchasing they denied her proof you should also avoid ordering online as it charges you extra and don't tell you untill you acctually pay a disgrace

For a small Sainsbury’s, it’s good. But there is a girl who seems to always do self checkout. Long blonde hair, fake lashes and glasses that are purely for show. Unlike the other staff here, she is so rude!! Always chewing gum, and just ignores customers. I was the only person waiting for assistance (waiting to be authorised to buy a beer) and she was talking to her friends about going to a party. Her friend pointed at me, they laughed and she walked over, dirty look full on. I said thank you and she completely ignored me and went back to her friends as they laughed about the inconvenience I was I guess! The second time I went in her friends weren’t there but still she had a moody pouty face on, ignoring other customers who spoke to her. I get why young people are employed, there’s nothing wrong with it as a lot are bloody good. She’s not one and let’s the other staff who work there, down. Sorry, not a personal thing, but you’re paid to do a job and I’m sure customer service is part of that…

Staff not really polite. Miserable in fact. As if it is a hinderence to be there. Woefully understaffed. One till open for everyone. 7 customers waiting. Lots of staff walking around. Self service tills full but they do not cater for families with children or the elderly. This place has gone downhill over the years and it shows. As well as it being really drab.
