Excellent service from BCK for the install of a Fixed head automist system in an open plan kitchen diner. BCK communicated and worked with my contractors very well. They arrived on time and did their work very efficiently, as well as advised us as to the building control regs that were needed to be followed. I highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish with BCK. We used them for an installation of a Plumis system to satisfy BC requirements in a renovation.They emailed when they said they would, turned up as promised and did work to a high standard - very happy.

Very good experience. When I asked all potential suppliers questions about the sprinkler installation BCK sent someone round and helped me site the units (even though there were suppliers closer). They dealt with building control with no need for me to do anything. Installation was straightforward and pre-work instructions were clear. Everyone was polite and professional. Really good experience!

Provided quote for sprinkler system for loft conversion as needed by regs. After refusing an on-site visit (which was specifically requested), they arrived and then said the planned system would not work, for which they charged us for a wasted day, when it rather felt like they could avoided this with a site visit. They also charged us a design fee"

I have been using BCK for several years and have found them an excellent company to work with . There are slightly cheaper companies who say they offer the same solution but I have stayed away from them as BCK have offered me such a great service.

To cater for a lift installation some sprinkler pipes needed to be moved. BCK sent the same original installation engineer to survey the job, so that he was fully aware of the fitted system. The same engineer came back to complete the job. All the work was completed cleanly, efficiently and satisfactorily by a very thoughtful and personable engineer. Thank you BCK.
