Cloud K9 Dog Grooming

Excellent service as always. My Lola was originally very nervous with the dryer, but Sarah was excellent with her. Now on her third visit Lola looks forward to her groom, and pulls me through the door to see the amazing staff. Thank you as I wasn't charged for the extra time it took as she was originally nervous and took longer.Very reasonably priced, fantastic service, my pooch has never smelt so good. I highly recommend. I'm also provided with the best advice to to maintain my dog between grooms, and keep the price consistent.

I was really nervous about taking Lily to a new groomers as she had been going to the same one since a puppy and is now 8 years old. I needn't have worried as they are brilliant with her, really patient and kind and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Cloud K9, see you in September!

Our Little dog Rosie has been with Cloud K9 at Thorney since they started and I can't praise them enough. Rosie was very young and had been with another grooming parlour and we had an unfortunate instance where we went to collect her and she had been cut quite badly. We changed groomers obviously, and first visit with Rosie to CloudK9 both she and us were terrified but having relayed the story to Sarah, she immediately was so caring and understanding and gentle with her and we have never looked back. the service they give is second to none, Rosie always comes back with a first class groom and always smells beautiful. Rosie now 7, always knows where she's going and can't wait. Both Sarah and Lisa have done an amazing job with Rosie and wouldn't go anywhere else Pat & Wendy Boland x

We have been using Sarah every 4 weeks for the past 3 1/2 years and our cockerpoo Teddy just loves going to see her. She always listens to what we require of his groom and he always comes out looking exactly how we requested. I’ve been using Sarah for the last few months for my puppy and have been really happy. She has advised me on the best kind of groom/cut for the breed of my dog and has a lot of knowledge around aftercare and maintenance. He’s always happy to see her & comes away smelling great!

Excellent small business, very friendly, caring and professional. My Louis used to hate going for a groom and even worse having his nails trimmed before we start coming to Cloud K9.Thanks to Sarah patient caring manner he now greets her with a waging tail and leaves happy, bouncy and smelling delicious. Highly recommended.

My cockapoo has been going here for two years now. Sarah and her team have a great understanding with the dogs, they are patient, friendly and very professional. Rosie always looks adorable when she comes out. Highly recommend this little groomers.

Our boys have just had another great cut from @Cloud K9.Such a lovely little place. Our boys can get nervous in big commercial groomers with lots of dogs. This place is great as it is only ever our boys there when we take them.They are always really happy when we pick them up and drop them off, so we know they love it too.Thanks again @Cloud K9, we will be back in 6 weeks!
