Staff/manager always find time to help and generally chat about the mighty hammers.Worth the walk from Westfield,can't wait for the downstairs coffee lounge to open.

Fantastic shop for all West Ham supporters my nephew loves it here, loads of West Ham items from shirts to tracksuits and dog collars. A lot quite than the stadium shop or Lakeside shop. Highly recommended

I am a season ticket holder and love the gear, which is tad on the expensive side, but a must buy for me. The only down side is the staff seem disinterested and not very helpful.I find the same issue in lakeside. They seem more interested with their phones.The shop at the stadium is totally different, the staff are all very good why I have been there.

Avoid, unbelievable how rude member of staff was with dark hair. Walked in wrong way told to go back out and walk in right way. Understandable. Then walked in correct way was putting mask on and she shouted put mask on before you come in shop, in very rude way and noticed she rolled her eyes. Unbelievable how rude and uncomfortable this was. Then this just takes the biscuits when purchasing product stared at me and rolled her eyes again. Can't believe how rude this lady was being. Told her how rude she was being didnt want to know. Will never go in this shop again. Lakeside only. Need to put staff on customer care course. In how to be polite and not make customers feel uncomfortable.

Briliant service from lauren helping me with an order as the online and stadium store were unreachable above and beyond tanks for the help.

Not a west ham supporter (liverpool) however family support WH so I have had to enter this store....very clean and well laid out. Staff were polite and friendly. Lots of nice bits available for the WH supporters. Wheelchair accessible and close to public amenities. Would shop here again if I had to and would recommend
