The exit to this car park is the maddest thing I've ever seen! My car is fairly big but there are much bigger cars! We barely got through and the car sensors were on fire! It was just weird how tight the exit is!

Utterly appalling! £10 for 3 hours in a multi storey where most levels were in complete darkness (clearly an issue with the lighting). I would suggest anyone vulnerable avoids this place.

NEVER PARK HERE to charge your EV. If the machine fails after you walk away, you will get a ticket and they will stand by it as 'the sign says you car must be on charge'. Everyone knows the EV structure is tepermental and they are using this as a money making scheme.

It suited our needs because it was next to our rental, but this is way too expensive and if you're staying for longer, you will definitely dig deep in your pockets. There didn't seem to be a way to get a pass for a week either - we had to pay anew every day and it got more than pricey.Outside of that, the parking is manned and the staff is very friendly.

EV owners beware. I chose this car park because it had EV charging points. However, they don't work. I tried activating charge online and on the app. Didn't work. Continued trying to charge using the app over the 3 days I stayed there. All attempts failed. Returned to the car with £300 parking fine. Tried to appeal thinking they'd understand the situation. But unfortunately all fell on deaf ears.

Convenient for the Northern end of the docks area. Good for Crown Plaza and Malmaison hotels. Spaces seem wider than many modern car parks, and the stairwell didn't smell of bodily fluids.
