Very pleased with the care my mother has received on two separate stays at Crowstone House (2 x 2 months) My mother was very frail and had lost weight due to extended stays in hospital after falls. I will report that all staff are caring and attentive and once again got mum back on her feet, well fed and medications routine revised. This is a lovely warm and friendly establishment and having spent many hours there over the last year have seen every member of staff being attentive and vigilant to the needs of those under their care.

I hope never to be left in a place like this

We can only praise all the Staff and Management for the welcome they have given my Mum.Nothing has been a problem for them and they have been so caring and respectful of my mums needs.Thank you so much you do an amazing job the other residents seem very happy there and I am sure my Mum will .

A home for the elderly where you are very well looked after

BEWARE - DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS HOME.I have an investigation going ahead with CQC and Social services (I am also aware of 5 other cases too). Protect your loved ones and stay away....this home have not contacted me despite numerous requests to resolve this issue merely stating lessons have been learned with no evidence as to what these lessons are. Very Very sad to report this situation..... my father has still not recovered4 months later since being in the home for 2 weeks in January.

Super home with lovely staff. Would recommend.

My father spent many happy months in Crowstone House. He liked to spend summer at his bungalow and winter being cared for. He also visited the home in summer to see friends he had made. The staff are all very caring, lovely people. The residents are very well cared for and I have never noticed any unpleasant odours whenever I visit.
