It was a such a great experience working with Amanda her team earlier this year. As a wedding photographer I work with lots of wedding coordinators and planners which can be difficult at times but not with Amanda. We met in the morning and between us made sure we covered everything we needed to to make the day run smooth.may for our clients. 100% happily work with them again and I hope to do so in the future :)

Amanda is the most lovely celebrant & we couldn't be more happier that we had chosen her to be a part of our big wedding day which was in October 2021 :)With just days away from our big day, Amanda worked hard in order to prioritise getting our wedding script written up for our ceremony in 1 week which she did & did it perfectly & we are so grateful for all that she has done for us :)She made me & my partner feel very comfortable on the day, we had lots of banter & felt that she captured our love story perfectly & we loved all the other elements which were used in our ceremony from the lighting of candles to remember loved ones & the mixing of unity sand.All of the family & guests commented on how lovely & professional Amanda is & she truly was like one of our family. Me & my partner would just like to say that we would highly recommend Amanda for her services as she is a wonderful celebrant & lovely person all round & can gurantee that you will treasure some great memories. I was a photographer at a beautifully led wedding ceremony by Amanda in Dorset back in October. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, making it very easy for me to get the images I needed to make sure my clients were very happy! Amanda allowed me to get in close to get those intimate shots and unique angles. She also gave me a very good briefing as I was hired at last minute and it was far from a traditional wedding ceremony! I would highly recommend Amanda as a wedding celebrant if you are looking for someone professional, caring and will make your ceremony very rememberable :).

As a bride, my experience with Amanda as our wedding planner was nothing short of a catastrophe. It was a decision primarily motivated by our residence outside the UK, but it quickly became a shocking display of incompetence and unreliability.Amanda's sheer lack of organization was painfully evident, most notably during our calls. She displayed a complete disregard for even the most basic details of wedding planning, such as managing guest lists, expenses, timelines, or even handling email correspondence. To call her performance a failure would be a gross understatement. It began with her shockingly inadequate understanding of wedding logistics and an utter disinterest in conducting even the most rudimentary research about our local area.We made countless attempts to provide feedback, via WhatsApp, emails, and Zoom calls, and urged her to improve communication, but she consistently failed to take the initiative. Instead, we found ourselves constantly chasing her for updates and information. We were forced to schedule numerous Zoom calls, each initiated by us, and repeatedly had to request that she follow a structured agenda. Shockingly, even the venue staff shared our frustrations, citing Amanda's incomprehensible emails, nonsensical schedules, and repetitive, bewildering questions. Our guests were similarly vexed, as they found themselves responding to her queries multiple times, causing considerable embarrassment.Furthermore, Amanda's alarming lack of proactivity extended to her dealings with suppliers—she didn't even source most of them—guests, and all the intricate aspects of wedding planning. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated an unsettling level of unreliability. Her constant mistakes not only cost us money but also inflicted headaches and massive stress upon us. Given the sheer magnitude of incompetence, frustration, embarrassment, and financial burden we endured, I strongly advise against entrusting her with any wedding planning responsibilities.

Our entire experience with Amanda-Louise was appalling. Where to start.The preparation - Amanda-Louise was very disorganised. We had two meetings with her and then months after chasing, discovered she had lost all of our notes, meaning we had to repeat everything that we had asked/ discussed over emails. She would not reply to emails and we had to email her multiple times, then whatsapp her multiple times and often call! in the hope that she would respond. It was VERY clear that we were not one of her priorities.After chasing her for weeks, she sent over another couples' function spreadsheet for us to complete which had all of their wedding plans and details. Once we finally had the sheet and completed it with our own information, she then said she couldn't access it (but she had sent over the original copy!?).She was a nightmare to arrange a meeting with the caterers and in the build up to the wedding we found it easier and less stressful to organise things directly with the caterer or the venue.She was supposed to be there the day before to help set up the wedding. She was not and this caused issues because then on the day, she did not know where the key was for the chiller van and so none of the drinks for the reception were set up and the wrong drinks were served (despite this being on her functionsheet). It meant that the groom had to run around organising things rather than being able to do photos.Then she caused issues as she wanted to leave early (she was supposed to stay until 12am and help with the clear up!?) and insisted that the caterers stop serving the main meal and clear up the kitchen so she could leave earlier. This caused stress and issues with the caterers.She thought it appropriate to speak to myself (the bride) & the groom and moan about how the reception drinks had gone wrong, I have no idea why she thought I would want to speak to her or hear the negatives when it was her responsibility to manage everything! She was going round to multiple guests and insisting multiple times to each of them of what to do if there was a fire. I have no idea why. They all independently came up to us and said how odd this was.I wish the venue had just given us the details of the staff on site to organise with them directly. Anything and everything Amanda-Louise did was poor and caused unnecessary stress.I have no idea how she can possibly run a business with the service she provided to us and can't NOT recommend her enough.

Amanda-Louise was our celebrant for our wedding. Honestly the whole process was incredible and she made it so easy for us. She’s so professional, lovely, helpful and knows exactly what she’s doing. She really made the whole day extra special, her ceremony words were beautiful ❤️ The words she wrote for our vows were pretty much perfect. Amanda-Louise offers such a wide range of services, so if you’re getting married soon, definitely hire her!!

Amanda-Louise was mind-blowingly good. We had no idea how great a wedding ceremony could be until now. She really took the time to get to know us and create a ceremony around us, our ceremony felt so special and really fit the nuance of our relationship fantasticly. The whole thing flowed so well and made the whole day a dream come true. Our guests absolutely loved it and it was fantastic to get many of our friends involved. I'm pretty sure I heard several guests comment that our wedding ceremony was the best they had ever seen (including someone who's been in catering for 40 years). Amanda-Louise also sorted out the wedding arch for us, desinging it to fit our wedding theme perfectly. We are so happy with the service we received, exceeded all expectations and made the day wonderful.

Amanda is an amazing person. Professional to a fault. Full of brilliant ideas but open to discussion. An outstanding Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies. Lisa and I thank you with all our hearts for making our wedding so special.

We employed the services of Amanda Louise Knight as a Wedding Planner for our wedding in August 2023, over a 9 month period. Things started positively and Amanda initially sold herself well as a Wedding Planner. However issues began to occur along the process, due to her appearing highly disorganised, having a lack of attention to detail and being unprepared for our calls. The errors were common and consistent, these included getting the wrong the number of guests (we actually paid for guests that were not even attending), incorrect wedding day schedule, sourcing our own drinks vs cash bar, forgetting guest allergies and other very important items.It got to the point where we completely lost confidence in her ability to deliver. This included her duties the day before and day of our wedding day (including her accommodation) which we paid £1150. We were forced to end the wedding planning services with her due to our lack of confidence and requested a refund of the £1150 (less outstanding payment we owed her) for attending pre and wedding day. She refused to refund the money for attending our wedding - even though she never attended. We are now going through small claims court to recover the money.Overall we had a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend Amanda Louise Knight as a wedding planner.

We used their services for dog care on our wedding day. The member staff named Lizzie arrived early and instantly worked to help us on what was a very busy wedding morning- with very little instruction, finding our dog and getting to know her and making friends from the off! During the ceremony Lizzie's support and flexibility meant that at the last minute our dog was able to walk down the aisle to bring the rings which she did perfectly before sitting with Lizzie at the front for the rest of the ceremony very happily ( and quietly!). This making everything go seamlessly carried on into photos where Lizzie was able to work with our dog so they could join every photo we wished and look perfectly at the camera! For the rest of the day we had they had quickly built up a great relationship with and the photos and videos to show what she was up to was a lovely unexpected addition. Even when Lizzie left, knowing Lizzie had waited to check our dog was settled before leaving gave us great peace of mind. It really was 5 star dog care where Lizzie went above and beyond- something noted by many of the guests you were amazed by her ability to keep our dog calm, happy and in the right place at the right time!
