Ace Imports

I was lucky to find Ace Imports where I purchased Elgrand Rider from. Matt provided all necessary information, plus whatever that I need to verify for the car. A family run, very friendly, reliable, trustful communication from the beginning to the end. Also Matt gave me some insights and advices about Elgrand so that I can feel safe to purchase, maintain. Can't appreciate more and I'd return to Ace Imports to get another Elgrand. Thank you, Matt and Ace Imports!

Matt was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about these cars which is very refreshing, he was thorough, accommodating, and even though this was the first Forester STI he'd imported the research was on point (I'd also done my own but he had very reassuring answers to everything and sorted everything I'd asked for). He was very open about how the process works and sounds like he has a good contact/relationship with exporter he's using over there so felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and had no issues trusting his judgement.For a 14 year old car the exterior and interior is in really great condition and really makes you think your driving something that's much newer than it is. Very happy with the car.Even after the sale and I'd had it for a few weeks he was still answering a few questions I had and really helpful. I spent months trying to find the right support to import a Nissan Elgrand from Japan. After contacting a number of importers I came across Matt from Ace Imports who has frankly been fantastic. Matt quickly understood what I was looking for, answered all my queries and made the whole process of importing really enjoyable. Van is now here in the UK , on the road looking great, and of course Matt is still there to help with any further questions i might have. I would not hesitate in recommending Ace Imports as Matt is extremely helpful and knowledgeable plus nothing is too much trouble. I was kept up to date with progress during the import stage and during registration when my Elgrand had arrived in the UK. I collected my car yesterday and it was exactly as described - near on immaculate and in fabulous condition. The drive home was an absolute joy!
