I was here recently and I had a young lad named Luke was really helpful, fast and helped me pick a great pair of football boots which I played a game in and they were everything he said they were. Top Top man.

Great store, helpful staff but please have more staff available fot the tills. Lots of staff walking around. I understand they're working as well but if there's 8 customers in a queue and only 1 staff on the tills then surely its good customer service to put another one on. The radio is on the till to contact the supervisor to authorise refunds etc. Use it to ask for another member of staff to assist the tills for 5 minutes for the que. Simple.

Very poor experience, went in at 16:00 when the store closes at 16:30, the staff I saw all ignored me and pretended I wasn't there, eventually a male member of staff gingerly looked up at me and I asked for a pair of trainers in my daughters size he said they where showing 1 pair in stock, he went away and then came back empty handed and said they didn't have that size.I felt pressured and an inconvenience and this was still 20 minutes before closing time.Really poor customer service, will leave shopping to online now..
