I rang 4 days ago and they booked me in. I went today really happy with the service, the woman was really nice, polite and very helpful! Got the hearing test as well! All for £54!

I had a great experience at the clinic. My practitioner Fiona and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful who made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend this service. I can't wait to get my earplugs!

Great service, highly recommend for any musician to go there and get their hearing checked. The team both consultants receptionists are lovely and helpful. Got my appointment very quickly after the application process which was very easy. I look forward to trying out my custom-made earplugs (£44 in total for the whole process, what a bargain!). Very pleasing experience all around. The Dr was very friendly and made the whole visit super smooth. It is excellent to have b able to get complete hearing tests, consultation, and custom earplugs with such ease! It was a great experience, as it's the first time I've had my hearing done since being a teenager/young child!! A few decades later, and being a vocalist it's good to know what's happening with my hearing! Considering the external sounds and chatter, I did brilliantly!! The only thing was, as the lovely young lady Roishin said, the hearing test itself is usually conducted in a sound proof booth in London. It needed to be done in a room away from other offices as they affected your hearing when doing the hearing test, as you could hear voices from the offices next door. I've had impressions done and eagerly await my earplugs as I'm a big band Jazz vocalist and require them for those shows.Very happy with the service, lovely and professional.

Great Audiologists - Romy was friendly and very knowledgable and gave me all the information in an easy-to-understand manner. Appointment was conducted promptly but I never felt rushed. Highly recommend.
