Been training in the majority of the gyms in Fife and I’ve been training over 10 years in different gyms around the world and I never had such a bad experience like I had in this gym. Owner of this business is a nightmare, do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

Cannot recommended Next Level Performance gym enough! Michael was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was available for support 24/7 which really helped my progress. It’s always a daunting and very normal to have gym anxiety but this wasn’t the case! The gym is very clean with cleaning stations. Can’t thank Michael enough!

I had personal training with Michael and it was excellent. Very knowledgeable and a professional guy.He gave me the confidence to expand on weight training and improve my form.He is always looking at ways to improve the rooms at the gym and has new gear coming in on a frequent basis. Great place to train and get in the zone with no a-holes like other gyms. Thanks again Michael for the support!
