I've had some tragic experiences at hairdressers.I contacted arwel and he arranged a suitable time to come in.From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was made to feel welcome.All my concerns were listened too and acted upon.We sopke through what was to be done with my hair and the amazng lady did exactly what was agreed.All three hairdressers and the clients all spoke about everything.
