I have been impressed for many years by the polite and welcoming staff at the Shell garages at Shell, Grove Rd, Woodbridge IP12 4LQ, UK It makes so much difference. Someone has nailed the customer service experience but the staff politeness seems very natural. Some garages I just keep going as they have terrible customer.

I was just insulted by the casher, who told me it was ‘bad manners’ to try and get a Waitrose offer He then ignored me as I tried to ask why, and didn’t respond when I said ‘thank you’ at the end of this very unpleasant encounter. It was defiantly him who has bad manners!

Not good enough. Went to drop a bag for collect plus and cashier refused to take it, even though i had printed label and all. Painful. They do what they want in that little shop.

Such a shame as it could be a lovely services if it was looked after. The only electric charging point they had didn’t work, the toilets need a good clean and the staff were disinterested. Shame.

Friendly service. Great tasting and good value Waitrose sandwiches rather than the tasteless Jamie Oliver muck. Nice new forecourt and shop. Compulsory Costa always welcome. If there's one negative that is the exit from thesite which is just a few short yards from a roundabout meaning it can be difficult to get out onto the road again. Not thefault of the premises though.

Not Good, its the 3rd time this garage has ripped off a female.Just been charged £8.65 for a meal deal with a chocolate bar? I asked for TANGO, he said they didn't have any... started to scan my sandwich and crisps when I asked did they have any fizzy orange like FANTA?... he came back with Fanta, gave me £1.35 change from £10 and said he'd put the Fanta through separately!If I was big MAN, rather than a single white female would he of done the same thing?
