Had two meal deals (a drink and dumplings) and both were great. Mango and strawberry fruit tea super refreshing, brown sugar milk tea (made with oat milk by request) was the best, mushroom dumplings and vegetable dumplings, both were amazing.100% recommend. Especially the brown sugar milk tea if you want a sweet drink!The staff were very friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions, service was fast and place was very clean and prices are great, absolutely no complaints! Will be returning ourselves ☺️

The food was amazing! I tried chicken dumplings and mango sago they are the best I ever had. and they have a Fantastic choice of bubble tea. and will back more...HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As just eat doesn't allow people to delete/edit review...A few days ago I gave 4 stars for the delivery. Partly this was based on how the UI of Just eat jumped suddenly to 'enjoy your order' when the order hadn't yet been delivered. Part of me was under the misconception that the delivery system itself is also in part held accountable when a lower star is given - sadly this is not the case. Also just eat doesn't state if the place is using its own drivers or drivers provided by just eat. So here is a clearer review with more details.Food and Drink: Koko's dumplings are delicious even when delivered. Though the owners do suggest it is even better when eating in so I will have to try.They have a good selection of drinks. Many different teas to enjoy and even Badam milk which I haven not seen often.Delivery: I used Just Eat. This was a mistake. Places get busy but I panicked when it said 'enjoy your order' and my food had not yet arrived.I know people can be 5 start blind so I only hope that while a mistake on my part - see intro - that people will see the actual text of the review and go 'oh that isn't actually bad' and know that a place doesn't have to be perfect to be worth your money. I hope people will also see this 5 star review and understand that delays do happen when good places get busy.Taking Just Eat out of the equation the delievery time would have been fine. It was simply how things were displayed by Just Eat that made things seem worse than it really was.That is a Just Eat issue. Koko itself is great.Atmosphere: I have been inside when it is more quiet just for a snack and drinks. It is very clean and cosy in a pleasant way. Certainly worth sitting in.TLDR Just Eat system has issues. Koko Bubble Tea and Snack Bar is delicious and worth your money.

Amazing drinks as attached. Tried my 1st slushie boba which is made with fresh fruit (doesn't have that weird chemical taste which makes it soooo nice). The dumplings are always fresh and gorgeous as well. The exact same even if you order delivery and always on time if not early. Great customer service with smily staff and always good at making sure that everything is perfect. Definitely recommend this hidden gem either to sit in and enioy the atmosphere or at home.

Had a lovely time at KOKO Bubble tea & snack bar yesterday. Mango sago was excellent and they have a huge array of choices in Dumplings. Friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finest Bubble tea shop. I would highly recommend. My favourite is chicken dumpling. Taste as perfect as it is. The place is very clean and kept well organised. Prices are really reasonable.
