Wow! I have no words for how amazing this place was. The top floor has some really beautiful views. And so many tables and seats too.The atmosphere is incredible. Very chilled and very posh. And as for the food, wow. I had a steak with chips. (Typical I know) But everything was so perfect it was crazy. I was so tempted to have another it was that good. Best steak I have ever understand.I didn't even realise it was a French restaurant until i went to use the toilets. Typical me. It was a very spontaneous visit.Perfect for dates and family meals. It does seem child friendly but I think it seems very mature for children. So posh.The staff were immaculate with their service. The food wait time wasn't long at all, and the staff were so polite and attentive. Spoke with soft voices which is perfect for me as a sufferer of anxiety. I hate being shouted at or being served by someone who seems unbothered. The lady also was a good laugh who served us. Definitely coming here again when we go to weston again!

Lovely lunch with a nice view. Both hubby and I had a steak for the main course and creme brulee for the dessert. Foods were delicious and staff were friendly.

The restaurant is upstairs and has great views. The menu is very French , quality of the offer is of a good standard. Bar selection was OK. Service was excellent. The overall dining experience very good.

Usually very good. But this time not so good. Food still lovely. Had liquor coffee each. Could not not taste or even smell any alcohol at all. They would not accept this and was adamant that it was correct. As a result we did not pay gratuitous fees. We eat and drink out very often and know the difference.

Great venue, inept staff, AWFUL good. Really nice looking restaurant, had great window seats and excited to be here. Sadly (perhaps mercifully) waiter forgot my starter of calamari, only 3 of us! Two others has mushroom starters which were absolutely rank, tasted like burnt plastic, clearly no one is trying this food! Would have left if not famished. My £22 cod was a disgrace, frozen misery, sauce has less flavour than milk, absolutely offensive to serve this! Who is approving this menu? Steak, although well done, was incredibly dry and chewy, I'd have binned if cooked at home. Dauphinoise was bland, dry and insult to France. Mrs has chicken that was average at best. Such a shame as great venue but incompetent management, poor ingredients that are badly cooked. Much better venues in town!

My husband and I have visited Bistro Pierre on many occasions and every time it hasn’t disappointed. The staff are lovely and the food is very good and reasonably priced. We can’t wait to try again for Christmas lunch. The drinks menu is extensive and the lovely staff are also willing to adapt to your needs whenever possible. Highly recommend any of their menus.

We go to Weston Super Mare every few months - today was a business trip. We'd never been to Bistro Pierre, but always said we should - as it's a prominent feature along the promenade, with it's round building.We went for a late lunch - the staff were very friendly and chatty, the food was superb and the views (window seat) were amazing. It was a bit rainy that day, so perfect for looking out at the sea (Bristol Channel).My Boeuf Bourguignon was delicious. Perfectly done and a good size portion. My wife's Moroccan Vegetable Tagine was aromatic, gorgeous and delicious (I had some of it). We finished off with Sticky Toffee Pudding and coffees.Such a great place. We'll bring our Surrey friends here when they're next down with us.Highly recommended.

Great views of sea, alas food below par. Small potatoes reheated, so unpleasant. Fishcakes overcooked.Dessert of lemon tart was very nice.

Crazy good food, super friendly staff, authentic atmosphere.Honestly one of the top 5 restaurants on my list, and we WILL be visiting again. I've been to a few dreadful restaurants, many bad ones, many ok ones, MANY good ones and a dozen or so fantastic ones. However, nothing comes close to the people employed here. They really do treat you like a friend instead of a customer, and the quality of service doesn't just end there. Everyone makes mistakes, and whether it's a few less fries than you'd like to a piece of cutlery missing for your crem brulee, the staff aren't just happy to rectify and help, they enjoy it. This is a nice, refreshing change from other restaurants - you know the ones - and they're sure to give you the best seating on quieter days.In my experience, for 2 people the price can range from £75 to £120 (assuming you get 2 starters, 2 mains, 4 drinks and 2 deserts) and comes with spotless dinnerware and cutlery.What an awesome atmosphere this place has, honestly. Its circular shape is unique, and their clean, flush lights are a nice touch. I can guarantee it's not something which has had a couple of minutes spent on it - probably more like a couple of months!Overall, this place is a staple of Weston and a must-try for everyone!

Bistros Pierre, was excellent, we popped in for a drink, and spent a very enjoyable 3 hours there. The Food and Drink were excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Top Marks.We did try the Brewers Fayre close by at first but we were turned away by a strange thin middle aged Gentleman with a bad attitude. His Pub was half empty, I can understand why.
