The County Club, St Albans

A really nice venue for a medium-sized party or other function. The manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food provided for our event was good quality and value, and bar prices were reasonable.

I performed here for a private party. Terry and his team were friendly and fun to talk to throughout the night. The venue is perfect for any party. Great little stage for acts like myself. Highly recommend.

I had my wedding reception here on the 26th August 2022. There are many thing that they can do here sit down meals and buffet. Terry is a very friendly person and welcoming host work with you and has fantastic recommendations of DJThe price if great and highly recommend great staff aswell !

Good Venue. Prices were higher at the Bar than expected for a Club though. But hey cost of living crisis and all that

We recently had a joint birthday party at the County Club and really enjoyed the experience! The venue offers parking and is located just a 2-minute walk from St. Albans City station. We requested catering for 80 guests and hired a live band. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our party was a success.The live band was definitely a good decision. They played an excellent mix of music that got everyone on the dance floor and helped set the mood for the party.Throughout the night, the staff were friendly and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met. A special thanks to Terry, the manager: He helped make the planning process smooth and stress-free and was there to ensure everything ran smoothly on the night of the party.We highly recommend this venue for events in St. Albans and Hertfordshire.

We had our wedding reception at The County Club on the weekend and it was amazing! Only a couple of minutes from the registry; the staff members were lovely and super helpful. Would highly recommend!!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at The Country Club last weekend.The venue is right across the road from st Albans train station and, st Albans registry office. There is parking at the back of the venue as well. We had lovely weather so made use of the sun terrace.Terry and the team were so helpful. The food prepared and served to us was excellent. If we need a venue in the future or someone we know needs a venue, we would have no hesitation to use and reccomend the Country club.Once again, Thanks to the team for a fantastic evening.
