This shop is scam ,, be carful ..They changed my iPhone5S screen twice and charge me £85 and still I have to take to somewhere else to fix it.. First time the colour of screen was mixing and 2nd time Bluetooth has stopped ..not friendly and rude

Extraordinary customer service. We bought a transformer 220/110V transformer from this place. They didn't have a multimeter for sale but offered to lend us their own multimeter at no cost. I am removing 1 star because the transformer we bought came with a bad fuse so we had to replace the fuse. The seller did not appear to know about the issue so it was likely a fluke.

My laptop started malfunctioning after some forced update by REALTEK a month ago. Fearing some malware of some sorts I brought it for a check to Kentronics. The scans did not pick up any virus but the issue persisted. Kentronics liaised with me regularly updating me on their progress, particularly because the issue proved harder to address than they had thought. Fortunately they managed through it and saved my data and reset the laptop after 48 hours. I walked into their shop now in need of an urgent fix and they delivered as quickly as they could, which I was very happy about.

I have known Kentronics for over 15 yeara now and i have been going to them from the smallest electronic problem to full blown internet problens at my house. They have never failed me. Service is very good and the staff are always helpful and extremely friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys.
