Brocklehurst Flooring

The wooden floor looks great. Everybody at Brocklehurst was amazing, from store attendants to craft people. Communication was great. Will definitely use them again for our other rooms. Big thank you to the whole team!

Brocklehursts did a great job. We only needed a small stair carpet and David came and measured up immediately, suggested carpet selection and arranged fitting all within three business days. Very pleased with the result. Great job.

There were a few issues in the process but I would use them again based on how professionally they dealt with the issues alone! The carpet was laid by Jay who was a really pleasant chap and the finished result is amazing, so happy!

This is the second time of going to Brocklehurst. Friendly and helpful staff, from showroom to home visit and a really good quality carpet. Cheaper carpets were available elsewhere but not with this quality and level of service. The carpet fitters were brilliant, so helpful and skillful, it has transformed the room in just the way we hoped. A very satisfied customer.

They have a huge selection of all sorts of modern floor coverings - we went with Marmoleum. Our fitting was a bit tricky as there's a slight change in levels but our fitter was professional, prompt and super-efficient. We're really happy with the result which has a warm natural feel but is easy to clean.Highly recommended.

Had 2 large projects with LVT, the first one was subject to some delay due to manufacturer making errors. Neil and his team were brilliant at sorting out all issues and the fitter they used was very professional and gave a professional finish to both rooms. Would recommend a trip to Belsize Park to see what they have.

Disappointing on multiple occasions. When I originally had Brocklehurst fit the carpets for my entire property, it was a comedy of errors from start to finish, including missed appointments, incorrect or forgotten ordering, unanswered emails and phone calls and once all was finally done (too 6 months from start to finish), the carpet hadn’t been stretched enough so came away at the seam. This meant another round of communication to get this fixed, which unfortunately it never fully has been. I then had to get them back in some time later to replace damage to carpet in one of the rooms and, like clockwork, they were a no show for the measure-up appointment.Though they are always polite and apologetic, it’s clearly shambolic in terms of organisation. My whole family used to use Brocklehurst and loved supporting a local business, but they simply aren’t good enough, particularly considering the high price point.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing overall experience with Brocklehurst Flooring. First, the piece ordered from the warehouse was the wrong size, which required us to have an additional join. Although we were refunded for part of this cost, we were still disappointed by this administrative error. Next, our fitting appointment was cancelled twice by Brocklehurst on the day. This was particularly inconvenient as we had taken time off work specifically to enable the carpet fitters to access our property. Having explained many times that we could not grant access Monday - Friday as we both work, we were still asked on a number of occasions whether the fitter could attend our property during these times. In addition, we were unsatisfied with the fitting of the carpet as many bubbles appeared very quickly. Although the fitter returned in an attempt to resolve these issues, we have been left with bubbles and glue stains on our brand new carpet. Finally, communication had been unprofessional as we have received numerous emails addressed to names different from our own. We were keen to support a local firm, but now regret this decision.
