Halfords - Northwich

I regularly purchase tools from Halfords and I've never had any problems with this store. Ste is an excellent example to all the employees in this store, he always goes out of his way to help and even has time for a quick chat.

Curtis is a diamond! He's been so helpful every time I have been there. He did a 10 point check and replaced both break lights for me. Excellent

I telephoned to confirm Halfords would replace a rear light bulb in my Mocca. 30 minutes later I arrived at the Northwich branch, and the job was done within 10 minutes of my arrival, at very reasonable cost.Hence, full marks for a job well done.Gordon.

Ste and Curtis were incredibly helpful when I needed a new battery urgently. I signed up to the premier motor club but there was a glitch with the system. Ste went above and beyond sorting it out for over a week until it was fixed for me. Amazing customer service. Thank you Ste!

Very easy to order and pay - unfortunately didn't have the quantity required so it took several attempts before basket would allow 1 hour collection (going down to 1 item).Received message to say order received and to wait for another message to say when ready. 2nd message never came.Over 2 hours later - we telephoned to ask what the situation was and was told the order would be ready to collect and store would be open until 8pm.Unfortunately this collection was then too late for our business day but we went to collect anyway - hoping that the 'remote' telephone operator was correct.Goods WERE ready for collection but we still don't know why no message was received within the 1 hour collection time - someone forgot to send it?????

I went in for some electrical items - I do find that they have fairly limited stock of wire, connectors etc and what they do have is quite expensive. They are a generally handy shop to have around though.I knocked a star off because I think I got a nail in my tyre on their car park - watch out for that!!

Curtis and Callum were fantastic with me today. Really great service. Helped me save money and fixed my issues. Ordered a battery and fit on line, they pointed me towards a missed offer which would make things cheaper overall, refunded my online order and took care of everything. New battery fitted at the shop and works perfectly.Awesome.
