This trade only balloon suppliers has a fabulous range of everything balloon related - staff always pleasant and super helpful - I have NEVER been disappointed - long may it continue.....

Called on Saturday morning to ask if I could get balloons same day for a christening got a great response. Person I spoke to was very helpful. I was needing 10 sets of 3 plus a bubble balloon arrangement.They were absolutely beautiful. The price was very reasonable too.I was very impressed that they put each set in individual bags - it stops the dreaded unravelling of tangled ribbon!Will definitely use again.

Terrible service.Delivery driver has a massive attitude.Customer satisfaction is completely disregarded. Been here many times and the staff seem to shrug off requests looking highly unbothered by anything u ask them. Been spoke to in a completely disrespectful manner by the driver and you would think that after spending over £100 on balloons they could at least treat you with a little decency.Will not be returning to such an atrocious excuse of a business.

After being given the last minute job of decorations for my Gran's surprise 90th birthday I was having trouble getting exactly what we were looking for. After a few very stressful days & a lot of google I stumbled across Hi-Flyers and I was so happy I did. This place is amazing and the staff were so helpful. I was in on Tuesday and they're delivering everything to the venue on Friday. Thanks Hi-Flyers :)

Don't usually leave reviews but I was so disappointed. I came in to buy some high float after finding the seller via Google search, no indication online it's trade only. PUBLIC BEWARE, YOU WILL LEAVE ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED. in the current climate you would think a business would be glad of the custom. What does it matter if you have a balloon company or not?

I took my 12 year old daughter here at approx 10.30 on a sat morning to ask for 6 balloons for the evening. I was met with stone faced staff. It had taken me 45 mins to get there. I didn’t realise a booking had to be made. The girl serving told me they were all booked out for that day. However she asked what I would like. I explained 6 balloons. I was met again with a stone cold response. I totally accept when a business cannot meet a request. My daughter however picked up on how rude the staff were and asked me when we left why had the staff been so unhelpful. When I asked family and friends and also a local florist this business is known for having staff that can be very unhelpful. Very sad when instead of going to a big business like Clinton’s supporting a local business was the aim.The Selection of balloons and artistic displays were outstanding. What a shame I won’t use any of their services again.
