I started my sessions because of my panic attacks that I was having around one year at that time I felt down tired no energy and discouraged and was starting to affect my daily life with the course of the sessions and with the wonderful work of Saadia the panic attacks have subsided a lot for a good few months now that I haven't felt that and now I'm more in control of my body and mind and more confident.

Truly a magical haven dedicated to supporting wellbeing on all levels - the shop is a sanctuary full of healthcare remedies and beautiful products with a warm welcome from Saadia and her team. I have been coming into the Haven shop for a couple of years and love it there. I attended a practitioner meet-up where Saadia demonstrated Kinesiology. I had no idea that it was a blend of so many incredible modalities. In just 15 minutes I felt a real shift so I decided to book a session.I had been acutely unwell for many months and I didn’t know where to turn. I didn’t know anything about Kinesiology and am so glad I spoke to Saadia about it. She is a very skilled practitioner and it was a wonderful experience for me. I had not been having much success with conventional medicine and needed a fresh approach.There was so much healing in that session. Saadia personalised it for me in such an incredible way. I was able to access parts of myself that truly needed to heal. I left there feeling lighter and with a renewed sense of hope. It is hard to describe what happened in the session as Saadia drew on many modalities including tapping, bilateral stimulation, flower essences and other things I don’t know the names of. She also recommended herbal supplements which I found really helpful. All I can say is try for it yourself, it is worth it.The main outcome for me has been shifting stagnant energy from the past, being introduced to tools and techniques I could continue at home and generally feeling more uplifted as a result of Saadia's skill as a practitioner. She helped me to help myself and feel more connected to be my body and it's healing capacity. My health has improved and I feel empowered to continue that process of healing. Thank you Saadia. Saadia has a deep and broad understanding of what is needed to encourage body and mind back into a healthy balance. I've had regular sessions combining kinesiology with EFT, supplements and flower remedies and her input in times of need has always been accurate and invaluable. She was an absolute blessing for me in hayfever season and has also helped me resolve some digestive issues. She helped my step daughter with acne and made a huge difference to her sleep and emotional health. Saadia is bright, sensitive and good humoured and works with professionalism and clarity.

I saw Saadia for a kinesiology session because I had been triggered badly by a recent event and I was in crisis mode and completely stressed and needed help urgently and with her deep wisdom and care, I was able to completely transmute and shift the negative frequency I was in into a completely different life-state of abundance. It was absolutely momentous the difference in clarity and energy that I felt BEFORE and AFTER the balance with Saadia and I am very grateful to Saadia for holding the space of our session together with so much ease and grace which enabled me to see and feel and know in my heart that I am a co-creator of my life and that we can’t build the world we dream of if we live as if we are victims of our reality.
