Always take my Mazda here, no matter the problem. Wayne and his team are so welcoming and completely clear about their quotes and what work they may need to carry out. They have always been quick to fit me in at short notice and happy to accommodate extra requests. I’d never go anywhere else.

Went for a full service- they broke the special bolts on the wheels - so they were unable to take the wheels off but still pretending that they completed all the checks and services. Charged me full price and let me go with broken bolts . Did work on my wife's car as well - bill over £400 ( when i asked opinion from another mechanic said wont cost more than £100 - labour and part) , replaced working bulbs and didn’t fit them properly and car failed mot due to the lights . I would never recommend even to my enemies

Excellent service that seems to get better over time.I am not a Car person" so I have spent years going from garage to garage and getting ripped off. I was recommended by a friend to go to FastFit and found the costs were considerably lower compared to the places I went before.Because I am a return customer for many years I find that that the service gets better over time and even the price seems to stay quite low. As somebody who knows very little about cars I value this kind of customer service and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.5/5 * Easily!"

DO NOT GO THERE! They are only trying to con you and overcharge you. I had a full service and MOT booked there and they failed my car for not being able to test a seat belt that is under my child carseat. Am I supposed to leave my 6 years old home alone and not take her in the car so they can test something that can't get be used anyway ? They didn't start with the service as they have other plans to fail something is in perfect condition so they can change you extra. So I took the car to get retested and no surprise there when I was told that more then half of the faults there were never there to begin with. My advice to you is to never go there. If they have space available is because they are not good to begin with!

I took my car in for an MOT and they failed it on, so they say was a damaged front coil spring. They changed it and charged me £183.33 for 1 front spring, i have found the spring with the part number provided from a local retailer for £54.99 so i feel like i have been way over charged

Excellent service all round. Received a text message confirmation upon booking for an MOT which was great as a reminder. No issues with the MOT (newish Toyota) and hassle free. If I had to say anything in recommendation, it would be to the polite lady at reception...smile! It's a difficult trade but a smile goes a long way.Thank you.

Friendly service from an excellent garage!I have used this garage twice now. On both occasions the customer service has been brilliant and all members of staff always have a smile on their face. The manager is friendly and it is easy to see why they have such a good reputation.Keep up the good work!
