The personal service was polite and efficient - I felt valued as a customer. The staff I came into contact with were efficient and well informed of their area of responsibility. I had a telephone reminder the day before my booking and was always kept informed of progress.

My car is now 6 years old, had it since new, purchased from East Bilney Garage. It was my first ever new brand new car, I bought it as I retired. It has been great, been into East Bilney Garage once each year for service. It has had no faults at all, how many much more expensive brands can say that. This year it is 6 years old and required cam bely replacement as well as service. As usual, all carried out without fault in a timely manner. First rate service at East Bilney Garage. As the future of cars become clearer, and governments restrictions or encouragements are more clearly defined, I would definately buy Dacia again.

I cannot fault the team at East bilney at all ... this is our third car from them and the reason we keep going back is because of the team, the excellent friendly family feel that they give. Always a smile from Claire and a friendly chat with the sales team and great speedy reliable service from the techs out the back .

I booked the car in for a service and delivered it to the garage the day before. I asked for the service to be done a.s.a.p. because my wife would need it that day to go to work at the hospital. The car was not finished until 17.10 on the day of the service and i was told that they did not have time to wash it. I had a similar experience with them the previous year and will no longer be giving them my business.
