Arrived at 1:30 appointment timeleft to have lunch went back to Struans our car where we left it asked at service desk ?? ?? Left after 5pm to drive home to Stonehaven.

I recently bought a Peugeot Expert van from here. The van is in great condition, drives well and was gleaming for me to take home. Smooth purchase from start to finish. Hired a Luton bodied van with tailift from struans last weekend ....the whole process was dealt with by kirstin in a very efficient and helpful way....very pleased with the whole thing ....and would certainly recommend

I could not ever imagine being mistreated so badly. About a month ago I've left a car for overall health check leading to some work done on a pipe leading to turbo, since then, dpf and turbo problems started and they refused any toyota related work since they're losing Toyota license towards the end of this month. They did not even care its their bad workmanship that lead to those problems in a first place. Because of their bad work, further problems in turbo and exhaust problems started appearing. They were happy to let me leave the garage with a car that broke down 2 minutes further down the road(without informing me they broke the car even further, even though I was able to drive to them the same day this very morning) this incurred further breakdown callout costs for me(as they refused help even though I've left their garage 2 minutes ago) and also costs of a car transporting service to bring to nearest toyota service in dunfermline. I was informed problems with parts that were worked on by struans lead to issues that I'm currently having. Despite some parts being covered by warranty I was still issued a bill of over 1600 just to get the car driving again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO WONDER THEY HAVE LOST TOYOTA LICENSE. IM OPENING A CASE IN SMALL CASES COURT AND REPORTING TO MOTOR OMBUDSMAN

Purchased a Peugout from Struans and found the buying experience refreshingly easy compared to other dealers . My car developed a few issues during the guarantee period and Struans stepped up to the plate with no quibbles and were extremely polite , friendly and professional and even found issues I hadn’t noticed …brilliant to deal with

I bought my car from Struans, Perth, a little over 6 months ago & have waited to submit this review.Although I live a 3 hour drive away I intend to by my next car from this dealer.I found my Jaguar on Autotrader. It was exactly what I wanted, red, top specification, rarer manual gearbox. Andrew Penny sent me a detailed video & I bought it at a reasonable price.When I collected the car it was as good as expected, fully serviced & MOT’d. Tyres had been renewed & new break disks & pads fitted. It must have cost Struans over £1000.00.My car developed an electrical issue caused by extremely wet weather & no one local to me could identify the issue let alone fix it, this includes the AA.Graham Naris from Struans gave me advice throughout and was extremely professional.I returned my car to Struans & they had it fixed within the week under warranty.Great customer service from my first contact with Struans.
