Uday is very genuine and generous is his teachings, giving attention to all participants in class with various abilities. He is also very passionate about yoga and patient which shines through his work. He is a true inspiration and a blessing I am so grateful to be able to attend his classes. I would highly recommend him. I cannot thank him enough for the difference he has made to me. Thank you Uday !

Yoga with Uday at the Eden Center 13/14 April 2019Uday is in a class of his own. You really have to go on one of his sessions to appreciate how illuminating his teaching is. It is difficult to give you a full flavour of the actual experiences you will gain in a class run by such a gifted teacher. I can guarantee you to expect the following:= Wow! this is exceptional teaching.= Your yoga practice will shift with more depth in your understanding.= You will gain a fresh outlook on some asanas, which is very inspiring.=You will come out feeling centered and grounded.

Uday is an amazing yoga teacher. He possesses vast depths of knowledge and experience but teaches with such humility, wit and humour. He has a rare ability to put all of his students, those new to yoga and more experienced yogis, at their ease so they can absorb all of his instructions and advice without any tension or stress. I would recommend his teaching to everybody.

Uday is a remarkable teacher. He teaches with complete clarity. His style is simplistic and light and he somehow manages to deliver detail concisely with wit and charm and yet no ego. His verbal and physical demonstrations are crystal clear and I always feel in safe hands with his depth of knowledge and therapeutic skills. He leads the class attentively whilst still allowing space for self exploration. I always walk away from one of his classes having experienced new connections. He works you very hard but in a gentle and caring way. I genuinely feel privileged to have been able to attend his workshops.

I had the privilege of being able to join a teachers' workshop with Uday in Glasgow for the first time this March 2019 (sadly I missed his workshops last year April 2018). What I particularly liked and was impressed by was the opportunity to voice anything that we were struggling with in our own teaching and/or practice, and then Uday addressed these concerns/wishes to the best of his knowledge and skills as time allowed (and he sure has an extensive knowledge and skill base!). As has been mentioned in numerous reviews before Uday's attention to detail is important to him as he wants you to understand and improve. He also wants to be clear that he understands you so there is a definite two-way communication and learning taking place in both directions which feels very genuine and results in a trusting relationship and the desire to be able to attend more of his workshops. As someone else mentioned before, if I had the luck of living in on near Reading I would certainly take the opportunity of attending regular classes with Uday. As I teach children I feel particularly disappointed that I missed his children's class" last year in Glasgow. I am hopeful that new opportunities will arise in the future. For now I feel extremely grateful to have met and was able to join a 3-hour workshop with Uday. Dhanyavādah!"

Last few days gave me an amazing opportunity to learn with Uday and expand in my own practice and understanding of yoga (what will also help me to be a better teacher) Uday shares his knowledge and experience in a way you can understand it and makes you feel great while doing it. I just spent a week near Montpellier (France) in a yoga session teached by Uday. He is a very patient teacher, who explains very well the detail of each postures and who really tries to transmit his deep knowledge of Iyengar Yoga . A great week for my own practice!
