Arden House Care Home - Leamington Spa

I visit there at least once a fortnight to see my partners gran, she really loves it there and the staff are brilliant with her and all the other residents in the home. There always seems to be activities for the resident's and they get taken to places regular aswell. I couldn't recommend this home highly enough

I visit here every week to see my grandad, the place is always in a wonderful condition and the staff can not do enough to make everyone feel at home. Me and my grandad spend a lot of time in the garden as he was very passionate about his own garden and they let him treat it as his own.

I have been a carer at Arden House Leamington Spa since January 2023. I have to say it is a lovely place to work and the care team are amazing. The home manager Aimee is the best manager I’ve had and she is always there for the residents and the team. The team and management are hard working, understanding and brilliant at team work and everyone puts the residents at the heart of the job they do ensuring they have the best person centred care.

The staff are very caring and helpful. I can feel totally confident that my mother is safe here.

I currently work in Arden House and I have to say I'm blown away by the care, commitment and love the residents receive. Their standards are some of the best I've seen in care. I have been a carer at Arden House, Leamington Spa, for almost 28 years. I work as part of an amazing care team and we thoroughly enjoy our time with residents. Personally, this is because of the rapport I build with them and their families. I like to have a laugh with residents whilst also giving them the best person-centred care possible. 28 years wouldn't be possible otherwise!Aimee, the home manager, is great to work for and really fosters a good care home environment. She is always there for me, the team, and the residents.
