I always look forward to my hair appointments at Cuts. The salon is beautiful with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I am always made to feel valued.My stylist is Lila, she understands exactly what I want and always does an amazing job. She has amazing artistic flair and a great ability to visualise what will look good… ensuring I leave the salon feeling confident and looking my best. She is friendly and bubbly and I thoroughly enjoy her company, she never fails to brighten my mood and put a smile on my face.

I have been using Cuts Inc since around 2015. Tracy cuts, styles and most recently colours my hair. She is brilliant, lovely and more of a friend than just a hairdresser and gives you 100% of her attention. My cut is always amazing and lasts right through to its next cut. People often comment on the quality of my cut.I have been sceptical of salon colour against home cour but Tracy recently enhanced the colour I already had and I can honestly say its fantastic, has stayed vibrant so much longer. It's not the cheapest place to get a cut but you definitely get what you pay for here and I won't be going anywhere else

Had such an amazing experience with Tracy. She cut and coloured my hair and I absolutely love it. She knows exactly what she is doing and has so much knowledge and experience. I fell back in love with my hair and feel so confident and happy. All the staff were so lovely.The salon is really nice and I felt so welcome

I recently got my hair cut by Tracey and I absolutely love it. Tracey always has your best interest at heart and will not just do your hair a certain way because you bring in a random picture of what you want - she talks you through your choices and advises you on what would suit YOU best. She is the only person I will trust with my hair. I'd recommend getting a consultation from her first and then getting it cut. This isn't just a job for her - she genuinely cares and wants to make sure you look AND FEEL your best. I could not recommend her any higher.

Very negative experience I’m afraid. I went to cuts incorporated early December 2022 for hair colouring with Abby. I had a consultation prior and discussed what can be achieved. Was going from long black hair in fabulous condition to a realistic deep red colour all over. Abby the stylist assured me I would not lose the good condition of my hair and quoted me £450 for the treatment. The colouring process took a full working day (as expected to be fair) . The result was nothing like we discussed and a real lot of damage occurred. I ended up with still very dark hair on top and a red balayage effect through the lengths with extreme bleach damage around the sides. This resulted in Abby having to take more than agreed previously off in length as well. I do understand that hair can be unpredictable when lifting to another colour but the damage from this is unbelievable. The stylist was nice and admitted there was considerable damage and offered a free conditioning treatment a week later. During my visit to the salon the staff were all nice and welcoming but I would unfortunately not recommend this salon. I hate to leave a negative review anywhere but feel it is absolutely necessary on this occasion.

Abbie the stylist is incredible, a real talent! Such professionalism and competence handled with flare and expertise. Highly recommend!

Stalking Instagram, in order to spend my Cuts Inc hair voucher I came across so many colours and styles I loved all from the same person… Lila! From the moment I booked my appointment I felt at ease, comfortable and listened to. It was possibly the best hairdressing experience I have had, Lila booked out the whole day for me, spoke me through every step and we even did a surprise colour reveal. Lila is beyond incredible at what she does and is generally a lovely person, with a huge passion for hair… and I mean she cares about every single stand of hair! Before I left, I booked my next appointment and I’m so excited to see what she can do next. Lila, you have made me fall back in love with my hair ❤️
