Middleton Martial Arts Academy

I started at Middleton bjj roughly a year ago, I was previously training at a affiliated gym and was slightly apprehensive of change, but I don't regret it in the slightest. What a amazing gym Middleton bjj is top lads great tuition and we're like a family. It's a very welcoming gym with a wide range of abilities I.e beginner to advance. I couldn't train anywhere else now I believe this gym changed me for the better

I had my first lesson in Muai Thai last night! Teachers was very helpful and supportive! Fully recommended !!

I’ve been coming to Middleton Martial Arts Academy now for 4 weeks to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ve felt very welcome here and I’ve had a lot of support from the instructors and the other guys in the group. Learnt new skills, getting a great workout and I’m hooked already. I’ve already recommended this place to friends and I will recommend to you too. Hopefully, see you there soon! :)

Been coming to Middleton Martial Arts Academy for some time now, it's a great gym with no big egos. You can start at any level and still feel welcome with some reall quality fighters and instructors to help you develop. Highly recommended.

They had a lot of kit and on arival all looked good however a lot of the kit isnt very good the pink and white gloves i wore had a hole in them and the shin pads i wore were broke so i advise you take your own. The class was fun and very energetic however the coach wasn't very welcoming to newvies and only breifly spoke to us through the class i felt quiet unsure of what we were meant to be doing however when he did he speak to us he seemed freindly enough.

Been taking my son to this place for a few months now to learn Thai Boxing and he absolutely loves it. Staff are all polite and welcoming, the instructor is great with Kids and teaches them well. Would definitely recommend.

I've trained at Middleton BJJ for around 4 years and I believe it is the best decision I have ever made.Over the last 4 years I have my self confidence has sky rocketed which has helped me in both my personal life and my career. I've also made life long friends who welcomed me with open arms when I was apprehensive and nervous about starting a new sport with people I didn't know.The coaching is fantastic, it's great fun, the class fee's are unbelievably cheap and its a great way to get in shape.All in all I would recommend this to anyone. Whether you're on your own or in a group, come by and try a class, you'll regret not trying it sooner!

Was nervous as I've never done any martial arts before, but everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back

I had my first Thai boxing class there tonight and as a female I was very nervous. I can honestly say I have never felt so encouraged. They stepped up and didn’t let me quit, it was extremely empowering and I am very thankful. I will definitely be back!
