We have used this takeaway regularly for a very long time. We placed an order last week which was late and then they delivered a wrong meal, when we phoned them they said they would rectify if we ordered again. So we ordered this weekend and the wait was over an hour which we expected on a Saturday night. We agreed to order but we waited over 2.5 hours in the end, I won’t bore you with the numerous telephone conversations chasing the delivery! When our food finally arrived it was tepid at best, they had delivered a rice instead of a baji. The lamb chops were all bone and were tough it was thoroughly sub standard. We will not be ordering again, they have lost us as loyal customers.

Ordered at 1900 was told 45-60 mins for delivery. 2150 still no food. Called several times told on its way, 10 mins, not true. Cannot comment on food quality as have still not received it. but guess i should expect it to be not so good after such a long wait. Why take orders that you cannot fulfil. Avoid at all costs.... Its gotten worse, now 2200, no food ! 3 hours what a joke.

Really lovely curt house. Never had any problems! See some bad reviews looks like it could be a targeted attack! Always good with recommendations never had any problems! Lovely grub gave two stars for atmosphere (beta) as I wouldn't want to go there for a date as it's a takeaway but the food is excellent!

We have been using this takeaway for years and cannot fault the food or the service. We always collect our food so avoid any delivery problems that other people seem quick to leave bad reviews about. Standard collection time is about 45 mins from ordering for 4 people, which is what you’d expect from any decent Indian takeaway on a busy weekend.

Took 2hrs45mins for our delivery to arrive. Ordered at 7 arrived at 9:45.The excuse of being busy isn’t good enough. If you can’t handle the number of orders then stop taking orders.If we hadn’t paid upfront we’d have cancelled the order.Avoid this takeaway unless you want your food nearly 3hrs after you ordered it.Would obviously have put 0 stars if I was able to.

Absolutely disgraceful service waited 2 hours 40 minutes and every time we called was told it was on its way. They said they were very busy and it was raining. When order finally arrived it was lukewarm and had a meal missing, told them I was bringing it back and wanted a full refund. They called back and said keep the meal and a full refund would be given. This hasn’t happened they still took the money. Will never use them again and unless you want to eat a meal 3 hours later then I would stay away

Ordered on a friday night said delivery would be an hour. 1 hr 20min later still not recieved. Called up restaurant they said it would be at least another 15-20min due to the weather (it was raining). Time came and went still no order, called again and they said driver had just left. 30mins later still no order, called again this time driver was on our road. Turned up 2hr 30mins late and not all the order was there. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. Told lies by the staff. We decided to send order back. They told us to keep and they would refund the money! ANOTHER LIE. still waiting for the refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Terrible service. The first time we used them they lost our order. For an hour they kept saying the food is on it's way until they finally admitted they lost the order. The second time we asked for no fresh coriander on the chicken balti. They sent one with coriander and missing the naan. They apologised and sent another one (on the left of the picture) which was meant to be a chicken balti but didn't have any chicken in it.

I have been buying from this takeaway for years, always good food etc.Last 2 orders I have noticed changes.First, the food was squashed and leaked all-over, i phoned the just to let them know, an apology would have been good enough, sadly none was given.Tonight, they over_charged me by £2.85, and yes I have used their new menu that was delivered a couple à months ago.I think after 20 years of being a good customer we should be treated better than this.Sadly this will be the last time I use them.Replying to your reply:Thank you for the reply,When I said 20 years, I meant for as long as you have been there.Can't remember what was there before you took that shop over.The bottom line is, something had changed in the management. Not as good as it used to be.Appreciate your response though.
