Julia Heath Physiotherapy Clinic

Facing the prospect of waiting months for an appointment with an NHS Physio, I decided to source my own and am so glad I made that decision as I found Julia Heath's Clinic. Not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but had patience and took time to listen to my concerns. She has helped me tremendously and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking this kind of treatment.

I took my Dad to see Julia after him being bed bound with a bad back. She not only got us in quickly she was professional and very knowledgeable. She knew right away what the problem was and after treatment and giving him exercises he could do at home, he was so much better. Thank you again Julia.

I'd like to share my thoughts about Julia Health. She truly is an exceptional physiotherapist, demonstrating the utmost professionalism and an impressive depth of knowledge. I wholeheartedly endorse her services and would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone in need.

Julia is a very nice lady, but I feel my time and money used in her practice were wasted and that I didn't get what I paid for.I am an amateur athlete/cyclist and approached Julia for knee pain.Sometimes, what we achieved in her practice helped, but for the most part, it was palliative and temporary.Eventually, she admitted that we had exhausted all of her ideas.Finally, she reluctantly worked with my bike fitter (who was more than happy to work with her), and she stepped back from helping at the first possible opportunity. Furthermore, her approach with my bike fitter came across as somewhat combative, rather than collaborative, which my bike fitter and I didn't fully appreciate.I feel hung out to dry.Perhaps Julia is great with other types of ailments, but my experience would say she is not suitable for athletes/cyclists with complex joint issues.I have thought long and hard about leaving this review, because, as I say, Julia is lovely. However, I wish I had known what I know now because I may have saved a few hundred pounds.

Juilia was absolutely fantastic. She was able to accommodate me quickly following a phone assessment, slotting me selflessly into her lunch hour. She addressed a reoccurring back issue which has previously severely impacted my functional ability which I felt previous physios had not been able to diagnose the core issue. I was back on my feet in no time through use of her extensive knowledge and experience. She was extremely invested, caring and provided me with preventative exercises and stretches which have proven to be invaluable. She comes with my highest of recommendations.
