Great city centre location with excellent friendly staff. Pick up and drop off was stress free. The car met my needs and although it was showing its age (not surprising given the current car supply chain issues) it met my needs.Happy to recommend Lincoln Europcar.

I have rented from this place a few times now, each time the service has been helpful and quick. They even gave me a better deal when they noticed I had paid for 8 hours but could have the vehicle for 24 at no extra cost. The vehicles were clean and well kept, they aren't overly expensive compared to other companies. What I liked the most was how easy and simple it was to return the vehicle, you don't need to guess how much fuel to put back in unlike other car rental

Good service but beware, there is a one way hire surcharge which was not apparent at the time of booking. This was not the fault of the staff in the office however it was still an unpleasant shock when picking up the car.

I didn't think the service was good... I pre-booked, confirmed all the details and it wasn't released at the store because my driving license is a year old, ok regulations but I didn't have time to inform them because I wasn't notified beforehand, because the employee got into a room and didn't leave.
