Nick Brophy was the service engineer who replaced the hinges on my oven door.He continually updated me on his time of arrival and turned up a few minutes earlier than planned.He was polite, courteous and professional, completing the work quickly and efficiently and without any fuss.After ensuring the kitchen area was left clean and tidy he gave me his card incase I needed any further work carried out in the future.Many thanks and kind regardsMark Reid

Texted back straight away (unlike most of the other people I tried) gave a time and turned up actually at that time. Appliance fixed for 50 quid much better than 600 quid for a new one. Highly recommended great service.

Nick is first rate. Great value & no nonsense. Gave me a likely fix over the phone for my washing machine after I described the problem. Pre-ordered a part for which he wouldn’t charge me if it was not the problem, came round within 48 hours giving me a one hour window well in advance. And fixed my appliance in 30 mins. Top service. Would recommend.
