Sofology Oldham

Wanted to share our experience of looking for a new suite with you.My Wife and I visited the Oldham store and was met by the sales person named Phil.He was very polite , not pushy, left us to browse and was there when we needed the information. What a great experience we had and a massive thanks to Phil for his patience and expertise and we purchased exactly what we was looking for after numerous visits to other furniture outlets.

i placed an order at the store last night, at no point did the salesman tell me that i could not cancel my order after signing. he explained everything else but said it can be amended in next 24 hours but failed to mention i cannot get out of the deal.!! am am being told it was in the terms and conditions but it must have been tiny print. and the sales man did not highlight this to me.on trying to cancel after a change of mind first thing this morning i have been passed around to so many different people and departments. they are refusing to cancel my order.the salesman was new and maybe forgot to mention this maybe he wanted a sale who knows !!but who reads the very small print when signing so please be careful when buying.i have never ever heard of not being able to cancel an order before, especially as it has not even had time to be processed at it was place at 7.30 pm last night .. very strange to be locked in to it before it has been properly actioned.be careful when placing an order. make sure you are going to be committed to it regardless.....customer services for the company are the worst !!!!!

Jenny was absolutely amazing, what a lovely team, we even took our new puppy in and they were so accommodating. We were left to have a look around and when we needed help jenny and the ladies were there to help. We didn't feel pushed and we now have the perfect sofa :)

We were served Jenni Gardener who was a great help in picking our first sofa for our new home. Her knowledge and advice was 10/10 and are really chuffed with the service we received at sofology today. Thank you - we can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive!

I would give minus stars. Order sofas for over £5700. specially mentioned many times it’s for basement living room. But Hannah at Oldham branch ordered standard fit sofa instead of modular fit to manufactures and of course non fit . Complained to customer service. Hannah and store manager completely denied and said I choose standard fit sofas on my request. Discussing. I’ll will be taking further with ombudsman services. Do not order from them if you not unsure . Like me.

We bought furniture, but unfortunately when they sent it, it was incomplete, we went back to the store, we emailed, we called, and we have to wait another month for them to come and complete the furniture.We were disappointed, how is it possible for a shop to be so disorganized and create a headache for the customer, be very very careful, no one cares about your time here.I'm really sad, but it doesn't matter to the staff of the Sofalogy, I don't need an apology, please do your duty properly.

The help experience and knowledge Daniel Lowe gave us in our purchase of our new furniture was the best can not thank him enough fantastic service highly recommend him and the staff at Sofology royton it’s been a pleasure working with him.

Went with my daughter to look around and was greeted by Danny who very professionally explained the deals etc. However, within seconds a lady assistant appeared with the same information but wouldn't leave us alone to browse so we left the store .

We came into the store today to look at a sofa we’d seen online, up on doing that Phil approached us with his advice, we soon decided this sofa was to big for the space we had and found a new sofa that fits perfectly to our measurements and colour scheme, Phil helped us from start to finish whilst visiting the store without being too pushy, he was friendly, approachable professional and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend sofology due to our experience with Phil alone. Thankyou Phil.

We had delivery booked for today from between 7am till 7pm been waiting all day and they have not messaged call or emailed very disappointed
