Shine Wellness Therapies

I have been seeing Shine for acupuncture treatment for about 2 years now. After initially being Skeptical about any such traditional treatment's effectiveness it has been a big eye opener for me on how many health benefits Acupuncture truly has. Before seeing Shine for the first time I was suffering severely with chronic insomnia which had led to a number of health difficulties, the worst being intense muscle pain and stiffness, mobility was virtually non existent. Along with high levels of stress and irritability has been impairing my whole lifestyle. Shine has been the only one I could turn to after the negligence from the NHS who wouldn't lift a finger to help me. Shine is what I call a saviour when all hope had been lost. He has improved my quality of life as he promised me in the very beginning I can't thank this wonderful man enough. He has been very understanding and helpful the whole time I have known him.
