Came here with a hip and ankle injury that I have had for over 12 months. Had the floatation therapy, which was an amazing experience. I came out feeling very relaxed and full of energy. Cut a long story short, no pain for nearly two weeks, and have more energy. I would recommend it for anyone who is stressed or as general aches and pains.

This is now my 5th float at Connect2Correct and I will definitely be booking more! I feel so relaxed afterwards and it really gives me chance to unwind from my busy life. All the staff are extremely caring and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful space, an oasis of calm in the city centre.I went for red light therapy on the PEMF mat and went in the Floatation tank.The red light therapy released a lot of tension held in my body, my mind went elsewhere entirely! Then a float in the tank was a beautiful way to come back around, I came out feeling energised and refreshed!Would highly recommend these treatments.The building also occupies some wonderful practitioners offering some amazing specialised treatments. I will be back!

I had the most incredible Ayurvedic massage here with Pru and felt so well nurtured and rejuvenated spiritually and physically afterwards. Pru has such a kind and loving presence and is a natural intuitive healer, knowing exactly what my body needed without me having to verbally communicate this. The Ayurvedic massage oils are so beautifully nourishing and restorative with the combination of carefully selected herbs providing an opportunity for the body to rebalance on a really deep level. Afterwards, I felt so grounded, centred and better than I had done in months! I will definitely be making this a regular visit and feel very grateful to have such a lovely clinic space and skilled therapist to keep coming back to here in Sheffield.

I have had many massages with Pru. She is a very experienced and knowledgeable practitioner. Her massages are incredibly relaxing and restorative and always sort out whichever misalignment / niggle / tightness I have at the time. She is a very good listener and will often offer personalised lifestyle and nutritional advice, which I have found very helpful over the years. I would 100% recommend booking with her if you are considering an Ayurvedic massage treatment.

I went for floatation and it has been amazing. The center has really great calming atmosphere of genuine care. Facilities are amazing. It is super clean and comfortable and allowed me to recharge and relax like nowhere else. Definitely worth it. Already booked my next floatation session and eying up some other therapies. Thank you for opening in Sheffield. What a gift for us.

Really lovely relaxing atmosphere with cosy decor and lighting. I really enjoyed my first float and felt comfortable throughout. Christos is helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone who would like a deep chill.
