Ordered two orders via the app for click and collect. Was ready within 5 mins of arriving. And we were greeted by a lovely lady named Tia. She was chatty and kept us updated on our order: great customer service.

Plant based burger was partially still frozen as last bite, such a disappointment about not properly defrost or cooked. Service there was nice. Drive through was convenient.

We have been to this branch a few times and we always go when it's quiet. The food is always lovely and the customers service is amazing. Lewis's customer service standards are extremely high and one of the best I have experienced. He is always welcoming and seems to go the extra mile. Because of this we will continue to visit.

Tia was exceptionally fantastic! Her hospitality skills were impeccable and she really made my day. Thank you very much. Tia, I really enjoyed the food, Andrew on the other hand came round and was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable how he spoke to Tia telling her he's doing his head in she deserver better after her amazing customer service!!!

Had the Smoky Chimichurri Angus, OMG, sooooo lovely. Best tasting burger with that little bit of hot, but not too much. Knocks spots off any other fast food restaurants...

Went in tonight with a friend and had a great meal. Staff were super friendly and the food was delicious as always. This Burger King in particular is quickly becoming my favourite fast food restaurant in town. Would highly recommend

Clean, very friendly staff, fast service and food was made up to standard. I have to take away a star because they only had 2 high chairs. Those are cheap to buy and you know places like Burger King attract a lot of families with toddlers. Step up and dont be so cheap, buy more high chairs for your restaurant.

This Burger King has great parking which is close to the restaurant with a variety of offers and food. The service was quick and the food was good although with Burger King in your burgers you don’t get anything additional you only get cheese and beef patty rather than some other chains which have sauce and vegetables although this is a personal preference I find the burger quite dry. Overall good and speedy service with great parking.

Order here if you fancy 1st class disappointment. I mean how hard is it. Useless. Employees clearly don’t care about a decent service. So much missing from the order.

Sat in restaurant for 25 mins following order, only for food to be cold and missing fries. No busier than a comparable McDonald's on a Saturday teatime, but sadly disorganised system, lack of a leader, staff staring at screens in bafflement. Won't be returning. Wish we'd tried Dunkin Donuts, as we really only wanted a coffee while waiting for the ridiculous traffic queue to die down.
