Very pleased with my new shoes. Carlos was so lovely in showing me around and giving tips on how to take care of the shoes. Would totally recommend this place for anyone wanting comfy quality shoes and great customer service! :) side note- the tote bag they give is so cute!

I had amazing customer service this week. My doc wouldn’t zip up. The zip is faulty. I just wanted advice how to fix it but was given the choice to exchange for a new pair if I had proof of purchase(which I did)The customer service was soooo personal and even showed me how to lace my boots to make them tighter on my feet. You can really see how great the whole team are at this store. Thank so much I will be back.

I bought Docs as a Birthday present 2 weeks ago and went back to change them for a different style today and we were attended to by Sophie who couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Nothing was any bother and we left totally satisfied.5 star service thank you.
