Cat, who took me through the process was so lovely, patient and kind. As someone who has never used a storage facility before, Cat explained everything thoroughly and made sure I full understood. The facility was clean and organised. Every time she left her desk, she made sure all doors were locked and followed security procedures. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Very impressed with the service, everything was clear, transparent from the get go: the security of knowing that each unit is individually alarmed and the location is monitored constantly was very comforting indeed. Friendly staff. Hope I never need to use this service again but if I do, storage king would be my first choice
