A great assortment of products and they even hire scooters out at very reasonable prices. Lovely friendly chap. The only mobility shop I have been in and not felt pressured or had twenty questions in Worcestershire. Highly recommended.

I would advise anyone thinking about using this company to very seriously THINK AGAIN, i am contemplating reporting them to Trading Standards.After damaging my Mobility scooter by water ingress, i asked if this company could repair it, it was collected promptly, but then, after they had had it for half a day, i was told by the father Mike, that the scooter which i had just bought for £600, would cost me £900 to be repaired !!!.After getting someone else to look at it, it was repaired by replacing the circuit board an item that had not even been checked, if it had been DK Mobility would have known, that it was that that needed repair and NOWHERE near £900 to do it.To add insult to injury i was offered £40, for the scooter as scrap, £75 for trade in, or £90 trade in against a new scooter.
