Mini Mayhem

I visited this place on a day when LIA was the supervisor. She was working with Milly & Connie.Absolute lovely staff! They made our experience even better with their positive attitude and huge smiles!I did not have enough cash to pay when I entered then changed my mind and wanted to pay by card - I could tell this was causing them a little issue - yet their faces were still smiling and in fact I was feeling terrible for troubling them.These 3 girls are the staff that you need at a place such as this. People are often quick to complain, and I must say the time I visited prior, there was a lady a little older than these young girls and she was not as smiley or happy. Which was a shame because a place like that where parents come with various situations (kids can cause a lot of things)! it is so helpful to have a smiley person receiving parents - and on that day it was not the case.However, once again these three girls Lia, Milly & Connie absolute stars! Well done girls! You impact people a lot by how you treat them =)Thank you for making our experience a nice one!

A clean, well run indoor play space with a nice cafe and polite, helpful staff. My kids loved it! We will be back.

Good place, great for babys under 12 months. Kids over 4 years cant do to much there. Session for 60 minutes.They check everyone temperature before enter.. My kids had there great time.

It was our second time at Mini Mayhem and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. There are lots of things to do in there like pretend play, soft play, buses, cars, ball pit, slides and much more. Staff was nice and polite and they gave her a free toast as well.We will plan to visit there again.

For a soft play it had everything you would expect. The children had fun. However we booked it for a birthday party and it was disappointing. There was no music when the children ate, we paid extra for a Spiderman to play with the children throughout the party. He unfortunately was not enthusiastic at all, we had to give him ideas on how to interact with the children and I ended up asking him to leave. The room the children had face painting and their food in was ice cold, even though the young lady Maddie, taking charge of our party tried her best to warm it up. Maddie was absolutely amazing! She was professional, polite and checked on us often. I can't thank her enough for trying so hard to make it great. As a soft play, it's great and does the job. As a parent paying for a party venue, I'm not entirely sure what I paid for.

Second time here and we love it my daughter is 10 month and i love that she can play safely while i watch

Brilliant for little ones of all ages, caring staff members. Highly recommended, but can be difficult to find as there are no signs to follow. So take the escalator to the 1st floor and follow the signs for burger king keep going as it is just behind it. Enjoy

Amazing! My baby loves it here. Its a little hidden in Crawley so we didn't know it was here! But will def come back. Lovely staff and clean and tidy.
