Visited Dorchester Jewellers recently to browse and made 2 purchases, 1 of which required an alteration. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the alteration was completed quickly, the fit was perfect and I was delighted with the ring. It was a very enjoyable and relaxed visit and I would highly recommend.

I wandered in to the jewellers to see if they could replace my watch strap. They did it there and then at a very reasonable price. Lovely friendly staff too. Thank you.

Went in for a watch battery but the mechanism was completely broken. They had another watch there for for sale which I purchased instead. The staff were really nice and chatty. Would highly recommend them and will definitely go back if I need anything else in the future. All round great experience.

Really caring and friendly staff didnt have an original receipt for a ring purchase so was looking at a £140 bill to mend a broken claw holding a garnet.It took longer than expected and staff had to chase its whereabouts when it finally came back staff literally knocked half the amount of the bill off. So lovely .

Brilliant Service - I have a Tissot watch and the strap broke years ago. The strap is actually integrated into the watch casing such that over the years I have asked several watch repair specialists and none could repair the strap or replace it. I even went back to Tissot and was happy to buy a new strap but they said it could not be repaired or replaced due to the integrated design. I mentioned it to Dorchester Jewellers on a visit to get another watch repaired and they said to bring it in and on review felt it was possible to fix it. In short they have managed to find a solution and I am very happy with the result - you would not know the strap had ever broken. So 5***** for capability and service!

I would love to thank the WONDERFUL gents at Dorchester Jewllers for their kindness and fabulous service. When i had thought all hope was lost, they were able to remove a very sentimental ring from my swollen finger. I can not thank them enough. I will be returning to get the ring resized in the future. The staff here and friendly and helpful, A great service, very professional and it's the only place in Dorchester we take our watches for repairs. I'd highly recommend this jewellers.

I needed a watch service - cost is between £150 and £400! I took my watch in and they took a look at it for free, checked a few elements and altered the back (it had been replaced incorrectly, by another jewellers) the chap said try that for a few days and let us know if i've fixed it. Sorted! I can't thank him enough! Honest great service - I will be back! you have a customer for life right here! Thank you.

Beautiful range of jewellery especially the antique range of both silver and gold. Very good prices for such high quality classy looking pieces. Excellent service from knowledgeable staff too.
