Buchan Saw & Tool Service

Unfortunately I have to give this business a star.Everyone who works is this little store has Lack of people skills,Their unwelcoming & so uncomfortable be around,The garden power tools I put in to get mended came back in same, ifNot more poor condition,Excuses were made & we still had to pay for no work done to the tools.The young man who (apparently) worked on the tools didn’t give any chance to say anything as he quickly walked away, which was very arrogant & rude.I won’t recommend this business to anyone.I had to mark one star, so I could leave my review, they’d be lucky to got even half a star in my opinion.Poor, I’ll never go back into this place again.disgusting treatment.

Surprising variety of goods for sale, I would recommend anyone in the area looking for goods that used to be supplied from Iron Mongers as they have a huge range of goods available locally.

Little treasure trove of a shop! Has lots of things you might need for your home or DIY project. Everything from nuts and bolts to light bulbs, kettles, paint and gardening tools.

An excellent shop local and convenient enough to save time and fuel going into Peterhead or Aberdeen. Proper personal service , I have purchased equipment here, and not having to pay delivery / postage on an online makes a purchase here very competitive and you can get it straight away with knowledgable advice and service too

My company Buchan PAT has been using the 'Saw Doc' for years and years and I have never had anything but excellent service. It is amazing how competitive their prices are. Edward has been maintaining my forestry equipment to a high standard for years.

They had a good selection of products i wanted and were very helpful with suggestions for the piece they don't stock. Friendly and communicative. I will use this shop in future.

Love this shop. And the staff especially they help you understand what you need yo keep working thier repair shop is good awell edward knows his stuff even thougt they are a little dearer your supporting your local shops and this is a lovely family run buisness 10/10 for service

Very knowledgeable staff. I regularly get my chainsaw spares here. The shop is well stocked with plumbing bits .

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, for a small shop it is well appointed and carries a good range of saw accessories and diy tools.Honest approach to selling kit and will sell you what is best suited rather than what is expensive.

Went to get a replacement head for my Stihl strimmer. Sadly nothing in stock and no suggestion of being able to order one. I suppose it will mean buying from an online dealer which is not my preferred choice.Have used this company for nearly twenty years, mainly with the previous owner who would bend over backwards" to help. Seems strange that previous reviews of the "old shop and owner" have mysteriously vanished from this site."
