Both my husband and myself needed new phones and we asked what deals they had. We were looked after by Dave who was more than helpful as we are not tech save either. The deal was just what we needed and he downloaded all our photos, emails etc for us. We left him to it and we returned later to pick up ready for use.we walked away releaved and happy. Thanks Dave.

Beware terrible network reception. Seemed ok when I first joined the network but for months now I've had calls regularly cutting out, endless buffering on the TV (I use mobile hotspot) and Zoom calls freezing. Totally unusable. After 3 hours on the phone to customer services and engineers they won't let me leave the network even though it clearly isn't fit for purpose.

Unapproachable store. Unfriendly customer service and aggressive approach. Barely stepped foot into the store, got approached by a member of staff and was told they don't have any iphones on display. We were then quickly given the impression that they weren't interested in having us there because we weren't EE customers and we weren't there to open a phone contract. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent,can't fault the guys @longbridge sorted me out with a great sim only deal.I desperately wanted to get away from lyca mobile.So this was a big relief for me.Popped it in and worked straight away.Really pleased,plus iam on the uk's number 1 network.Cheers fellas.Happy days.

Got to say the service at Longbridge was beyond my expectation. I had both a service and account issue, both of which were sorted. Both collogues couldn't have been more helpful to myself and other customers in the store during my visit. 100 satisfied, Thank You.

Visited the store to check our broadband contract. Zain served us and tried very hard to match our needs with contract options. We were very pleased with the service we received from.him during our visit.

Shocking have been with them for years. Sat there for 40 mins for them to say we need documents. Waste of both our times.

150 couldn't be bothered to phonemy husband up to confirm change of address when took in store passport they didn't want to know even my marriage certificate still carnt be bothered to help just want to get you in there take your money and that's it not even a phone to say sorry for not calling you at 1 would love area manger to act on this if they can be bothered poor serves use to be good same as the area use to be nice so we will not enen be renewing to contracts with you as not one from 150 can call back.
